OUR SERVICES
On our Site, we provide information and promotional materials for our holistic health brand, including general industry information, information about us, and a designated area for you to contact us about our products and services.

USE OF THE SITE
Any user of The Site, WellBeingsUnleashed.com, gives consent for Well Beings Unleashed LLC to email or call them if they submit their email address and phone number. Any contact initiated by Well Beings Unleashed LLC will be in connection with its holistic health services. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of all personal information and any other data you submit. We cannot be responsible for maintaining any information that you provide to us, and we may delete or destroy any such information at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we determine we cannot assist, anyone who behaves inappropriately, or anyone who refuses payment for services where payment is required.

The information provided by Well Beings Unleashed LLC on The Site, WellBeingsUnleashed.com, or in consultations, courses and webinars does not take the place of medical advice or veterinary care. It is meant to educate and augment what your medical professionals recommend. If you or your animal is unwell, please seek medical or veterinary attention immediately for an examination, diagnostics and treatment. The Client understands that the role of the Health Coach/Holistic Health Practitioner is not to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body or animal body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, veterinarian, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor or veterinarian, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor or veterinarian.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, in no event shall we or any of our representatives or our content and service providers (hereinafter referred to as “associated entities”) be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive, arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, your use of or inability to use this Site or its content, materials and functions. Without limitation, no liability shall arise from any loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business or sales, even if we and/or our associated entities are advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions of certain implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases. The maximum liability of ours shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to our Site. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.  In the event that litigation results from or arises out of this Agreement or the performance thereof, the Parties agree to reimburse the prevailing Party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and all other expenses, whether or not taxable by the court as costs, in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing Party may be entitled.
