  1. Did we drink too much coffee or alcohol?

  2. Did we yell or meditate?

  3. Did we eat junk food and kibble or whole foods?

  4. Did we go to bed on time?

  5. Did we give our dogs enough positive attention and mental stimulation today?

  6. Enough exercise and time outdoors?

  7. Did we clean the house with chemical products?

  8. Plug in an air freshener full of VOCs or wear too much synthetic perfume?

  9. Shampoo our dogs with chemicals or did we choose organic ingredients?

  10. Do we give our dogs natural flea & tick control or drugs with toxins to be aware of?

  11. Have we done body checks for lumps lately?

  12. Are we paying attention to mobility and possible pain our dogs might have?

  13. Did we book our needed check-ups for us and our dogs?

  14. Have we all taken time to socialize with other people or dogs?

  15. Have we practiced self-care?

  16. Have we employed relaxation techniques?

  17. Are we resentful or grateful?

  18. Stewing or soothing?

  19. Are we focusing on the negative or the positive?

  20. Are we paralyzed from worry or proactively improving our situations?
